Executive Order Presidential memorandum authorizes companies to lie without running afoul of Securities Law if Negroponte tells them they can.

Which makes a lot more sense than this.

Humint Events Online
The 9/11 hijacking attacks were very likely facilitated by a rogue group within the US government that created an Islamic terrorist "Pearl Harbor" event as a catalyst for the military invasion of Middle Eastern countries. This weblog will explore the incredibly strange events of 9/11/01, and other issues of US government responsibility.

Playing Games

By Spooked

The Pentagon/DOJ/USG could easily show that flight 77 hit the Pentagon as they claimed, by releasing still photos of the tail section of the plane, the black boxes, the seats of the plane, and any other large pieces of debris that are not too gruesome due to human remains. They surely have such pictures, assuming flight 77 hit the Pentagon (which of course I doubt).

Instead they have released these crappy videos which show nothing.

Who the heck knows what this white protrusion is seen in one frame. Cruise missile? Photoshop art? Strangely malformed nose of a Boeing 757? Who can tell?

The Pentagon/DOJ/USG HAD to know that this video release would spark more questions than it answered. So why did they do it?

Was this really the BEST evidence they had?

Did they really want to perpetuate the honey pot myth to keep conspiracy theorists going and then later show the REAL evidence for flight 77??

Or is this some sort of weird official admission that the Pentagon hit was fishy??

I guess I prefer the latter explanation, since I can't see how a flight that never took off on 9/11 (and maybe never even existed) could hit the Pentagon. Plus, the fact that the approach path the huge Boeing took is almost certainly physically impossible at 500+ mph.

1. NEW ADDITIONS TO CONGRESSPEDIA
by Conor Kenny

It's been a busy week on Congresspedia. New additions to the site
include:
* lots of contributions by members of the
Congresspedia/SourceWatch community on bribery scandals, new
legislation, heavyweight corporate campaign contributors, censuring
the president and federal investigations into an "improper
relationship" with a lobbyist (see full list)
* a new page on the Colbert Report with links to the videos of
each of his "Better Know a District" member of Congress interviews
* and a fancy new tool for looking up your particular member of
Congress by your home address.
Also well worth checking out is the muckraking action over at
the Sunlight Foundation blogs. The new Congresspedia article
contributions include:

2. FOOD FLACK NATION ATTACKS JOURNALIST ERIC SCHLOSSER
by John Stauber

"Fast Food Nation" mega-selling author Eric Schlosser must be doing
something right. He's under vicious attack from food industry
lobbyists and front groups mimicking his book title in their website
smearing him. Fleishman-Hillard's Becky Johnson and her fellow
flustered food flacks risk publicizing Schlosser's writings in their
over-the-top efforts to condemn him.
The industrial food lobby is freaking-out over "Chew On This",
his new book with Charles Wilson aimed at youngsters, and the fact
that his "Fast Food Nation" is being made into a major Hollywood
movie with the same title. Best Food Nation is the food industry's
sound-alike website funded by the American Farm Bureau Federation,
American Meat Institute, National Cattlemen's Beef Association,
National Council of Chain Restaurants, and 14 other food lobbies.
The website highlights anti-Schlosser rants by industry-funded front
groups including Heartland Institute and the American Council on
Science and Health.

1. ALL THE WORLD NEWS THAT DIDN'T GET PRINTED
http://www.ipsnews.net/news.asp?idnews=33238
"Every year, the U.N.'s Department of Public Information (DPI)
unveils its list of the world's 10 most under-reported stories,"
reports IPS. This year's list, released May 15, includes Liberia's
post-war reconstruction, upcoming elections in the Democratic
Republic of Congo, children affected by conflict in Nepal, drought
and war in Somalia, problems with tsunami relief efforts, successful
efforts to resolve conflicts over water resources, renewed violence
in Cote d'Ivoire, and the many challenges facing refugees and asylum
seekers. UN DPI head Shashi Tharoor blamed the "if it bleeds it
leads" media phenomenon. "Development issues can make good stories
too," he said, calling on "readers, viewers and listeners" to "let
editors know that they'd like to see more of such stories." This
year, Malaysia, which chairs the 114-member Non-Aligned Movement,
launched the Non-Aligned News Network. Tharoor said the new network
had the potential to broaden world news coverage.

2. HHS MOVES CLOSER TO DROWNING IN A BATHTUB
http://www.odwyerpr.com/members/0516dhhs.htm
One of twelve units of the U.S. Department of Health and Human
Services is contemplating outsourcing its communications office,
reports O'Dwyer's. The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality is
collecting "proposals from PR firms that can handle its public
affairs, publishing, research and web operations." The firm would
replace the agency's Office of Communications and Knowledge
Transfer, which employs 32 full-time staff. (Current staff would be
offered the "'right of first refusal' to outsourced jobs for which
they are qualified.") The agency's move follows Office of Management
and Budget guidelines, which say "'commercial activities' performed
by government workers should be subject to competition when
possible." The agency carries out an annual report on healthcare
quality in each U.S. state, and recently reported that alcohol
abuse-related problems cost $2 billion a year in hospital costs.

3. AFTER CONGRESS, K STREET BEATS MAIN STREET
http://thehill.com/thehill/export/TheHill/Business/051606_brief.html
Part of the Washington DC government-industry revolving door has
been quantified: 318 former members of Congress currently lobby
their former colleagues, according to a new report by
PoliticalMoneyLine. They include former Rep. Billy Tauzin, now head
of the Pharamaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America; former
Sen. John Breaux, now at Patton Boggs; former Sen. Don Nickles, who
started his own lobbying firm; and former Rep. Jack Quinn, now a
vice-president at Cassidy & Associates. Quinn told The Hill, "I was
never someone who thought 'lobbyist' was a dirty word."
PoliticalMoneyLine's website lists the clients of former
official-turned-lobbyist William Lowery. His friend, current Rep.
Jerry Lewis, has been accused of steering government contracts to
Lowery's clients.

4. BIG TOBACCO LOBBYISTS SEEK TO AXE TEXAS TAXES
http://www.dallasnews.com/sharedcontent/dws/dn/latestnews/stories/051206dntextobaccolobby.223e4e1e.html
"Big Tobacco's toughest fight in years is being waged by a band of
highly paid, talented and experienced former legislators, political
appointees and close friends of the most powerful people in Texas.
They're fighting an uphill battle with such finesse that they're
actually, occasionally, winning," reports Karen Brooks. At issue is
a state measure to increase cigarette taxes by one dollar per pack.
Lobbyists retained by Philip Morris and RJ Reynolds include Governor
Rick Perry's former chief of staff, Texas' former secretary of state
and former state legislators. Their arguments against the tax
increase include that it will hurt retailers and that for
"working-class people who can't afford to get away ... having a
smoke is their version of a vacation." Tobacco companies are also
running radio ads that are "offensive," "demeaning" and
"condescending," according to one state senator, who pledged to
oppose the industry-backed countermeasures after hearing the ads.

5. AANRS: AUSTRALIAN AUDIO NEWS RELEASES
http://www.abc.net.au/mediawatch/transcripts/s1639005.htm
The Australian TV show Mediawatch notes our study on video news
releases and goes on to report, "We haven't found any examples as
bad as that on Australian TV, but the radio equivalent -- the audio
news release -- has definitely arrived." Mediawatch tracked one ANR,
paid for by Telstra and produced and distributed by Professional
Public Relations, that was aired by radio stations in Dubbo and
Canberra. Another ANR, promoting a security company's fire alarms,
was distributed by Media Game and aired by radio stations in Wagga
and Young. "Under resourced news services that don't have time to do
their own stories are the most vulnerable to PR strategies," notes
Mediawatch. "Which means real local news is pushed aside for phoney
corporate spin."

6. ALASKA SPENDS COOL $3 MILLION ON ARCTIC OIL CAMPAIGN
http://www.prweek.com/uk/news/article/558738/Pac-West+prepares+oil+exploration+push+AK/
The government of Alaska has signed a $3 million contract with the
Oregon-based PR firm Pac/ West Communications, for a campaign
promoting oil exploration in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge
(ANWR). Pac/West president and CEO Paul Phillips told PR Week that
market research is currently being conducted on where "the issue
sits with the American people, with all the other discussion about
energy floating around these days." The Alaskan government also
allocated $750,000 for lobbying, in addition to the efforts of the
business lobby group, Arctic Power. Pac/West staff are busy on other
campaigns, too. Former timber industry lobbyist and current Pac/West
director Tim Wigley is the campaign director of the Save Our Species
Alliance, which aims to weaken the provisions of the U.S. Endangered
Species Act.

7. WAL-MART SEEKS BOOSTERS AMONG BIZ PARTNERS
http://www.nytimes.com/2006/05/12/business/12walmart.html
The Wal-Mart-launched and -funded advocacy group, Working Families
for Wal-Mart, is recruiting "Wal-Mart suppliers to join the public
relations offensive -- a move that some vendors say puts improper
pressure on them," reports Michael Barbaro. While Working Families
for Wal-Mart "describes itself as autonomous ... at least half of
the steering committee's members have business ties to Wal-Mart" or
the group itself. Examples are Andrew Young, whose consulting firm
works for the group, and Terry Nelson, a former Bush campaign
director whose firm consults for both the group and Wal-Mart. The
recruiting effort "challenges Wal-Mart's longstanding policy of
keeping suppliers at arm's length and shows how eager the company is
to fend off a well-organized union-backed campaign critical of its
wages and benefits," notes Barbaro. A Wal-Mart spokesperson said,
"There is no tie between joining Working Families for Wal-Mart and a
supplier's ability to do business" with the retail giant.

8. SPINNING (AND UNSPINNING) NUCLEAR POWER WORLDWIDE
http://www.boston.com/news/local/connecticut/articles/2006/05/09/nuclear_industry_adopts_new_policies_on_radioactive_water/
"The nuclear industry took steps ... to head off a growing public
relations -- if not health -- problem, promising to closely monitor
leaks of slightly radioactive groundwater at power plants," reports
AP. "Water containing tritium has been released into groundwater at
half a dozen plants over the past decade," including in Illinois,
Arizona and New York. The industry group Nuclear Energy Institute is
launching "a voluntary program to closely monitor such leaks." A
recent AlterNet article describes the Global Nuclear Energy
Partnership, an industry / Bush administration plan to "dramatically
expand nuclear energy production at home, encourage new nuclear
generation abroad and import other countries' spent fuel for
reprocessing in the United States." And a new website by our
European colleagues at SpinWatch, called Nuclear Spin, tracks "key
pro-nuclear advocates in the UK," where the government's energy
review was criticized as window dressing for plans to expand nuclear
power.

9. THE WAR ON TERROR MEETS THE WAR ON DRUGS
http://www.odwyerpr.com/members/0511afghan.htm
Hill & Knowlton will head "a complex $3.8M PR effort" for the U.S.
State Department, "targeting Afghan citizens and stakeholder groups
to dissuade Afghan farmers from cultivating poppies and boosting
global drug trade." Poppy production has soared since the 2001 U.S.
invasion. Afghanistan provided 86 percent of the world's heroin in
2005, and "planting has significantly increased in 2006," according
to a State Department official. Hill & Knowlton will "deploy
communications through seven Afghan provinces" and "build
capability" within the Agriculture, Interior and Counter-narcotics
Ministries, by providing "communications professionals" and
developing each ministry's own communications office. "Foreign and
domestic media will be brought along" on poppy eradication missions,
and "alternative livelihood efforts" will be promoted in the PR
campaign. Current messages include, "Growing poppies is against
Islam and harmful for the reputation of Afghanistan." Previous
U.S.-funded PR work, by the Rendon Group and others, has been called
costly and ineffective by Afghan officials.

10. FAKE TV NEWS SHOW COVERS FAKE TV NEWS REPORT
http://www.comedycentral.com/shows/the_daily_show/videos/lewis_black/index.jhtml
We're happy to say that the premier U.S. fake news show covered our
report, "Fake TV News: Widespread and Undisclosed." On May 10, Daily
Show commentator Lewis Black held forth on video news releases
(VNRs), showing footage from the Stiefel Laboratories VNR promoting
its new prescription-strength skin cream (better for your skin than
sitting in a tub of ranch dressing, said Black) and from the Siemens
VNR touting the "ethanol boom." Considering Medialink Worldwide
publicist Kate Brookes -- who appeared on screen on at least four TV
stations that aired that VNR, as though she were a reporter -- Black
suggested that, like ethanol, she could be considered a renewable
resource. Hmmm... we never thought of it quite like that.

11. CHEMICAL ASSOCIATION'S PR TO MAKE YOU SAFER
http://www.americanchemistry.com/s_acc/bin.asp?CID=206&DID=2033&DOC=FILE.PDF
The American Chemistry Council wants you to know that you're safer
than you may think when toxic chemicals end up in your local
groundwater and air. ACC has announced the hire of ex-Environmental
Protection Agency spokesperson Lisa Harrison as its new vice
president of communications. Says Ms. Harrison, in celebrating her
new position: "I am excited at the challenge of educating and
informing opinion leaders about the benefits of American chemistry
in our every day lives, and the value that the industry and the ACC
bring to Washington D.C." Among her Administration appearances:
defending the EPA's "Clear Skies" program that exaggerated cuts in
airborne sulfur dioxide emissions and defending toxic sludge. A few
days before Harrison joined ACC, the organization released a new
defense of the Bush Administration's proposed rollback of the Toxics
Release Inventory. The Environmental Working Group has led a
blistering critique of the proposed rollbacks.

SHAmnesty Undeniable
There is still time to make your "Day after the Bush speech" calls to your US Senators. Contact them let them know we are not as stupid as the President's speech writers imagine we must be. NO to the Amnesty bill the US Senate is riduculously claiming is not Amnesty.
http://tinyurl.com/nloke

May 16, 2006, 1:12 a.m.
Amnesty Undeniable

The most important part of Monday night’s speech by President Bush on immigration was not his call for sending unarmed National Guardsmen to temporarily assist the Border Patrol.
Rather, it was his formal embrace, for the first time, of citizenship for illegal aliens.

When he first laid out his view on a foreign-worker program two years ago, he was explicit that illegal aliens could sign up but that “this program expects temporary workers to return permanently to their home countries after their period of work in the United States has expired.”

Last night, the president rightly emphasized security, and rightly stressed the importance of assimilation—while advocating a policy that would make assimilation much harder. He adopted the position of Senators Kennedy and McCain and other amnesty supporters, saying that illegal aliens who meet certain conditions should be able to apply for citizenship. He denied that this represented amnesty because “approval would not be automatic”—but when have immigrants ever received “automatic” citizenship?

If the purpose of the speech was to shore up the president’s standing with conservatives, it failed. This administration’s lack of credibility on immigration enforcement can’t be reversed by adding a few National Guard references to its tired rhetoric of unmanned aerial vehicles and more detention beds.

Only action can reverse doubts about the White House’s commitment to enforcement—and even the positive actions the administration has taken are less than they appear. For instance, the president pledged (yet again) to end the practice of “catch and release” for non-Mexican illegals at the border. The immigration service has indeed made progress in adding detention space for such people and speeding their return home, but is still releasing captured illegals back into communities.
Likewise, the arrests several weeks ago of nearly 1,200 illegal aliens working for IFCO Systems were widely touted as heralding a new wave of legal action against crooked employers—but then most of the illegals were released within hours of the raids.

Finally, President Bush reassured an anxious Mexican president Vicente Fox over the weekend that any deployment would be only temporary, and that the regular Army would not be involved—in other words, “Don’t worry, Señor Presidente, it’s just symbolism.” [why does he care about Fox?]

As for the Senate’s compromise bill, the Heritage Foundation has released research that should torpedo it. Robert Rector, one of the nation’s leading authorities on poverty and welfare, has estimated that the bill would admit a staggering 103 million people over the next two decades and represent “the largest expansion of the welfare state in 35 years.” Supporters of the bill call their approach “comprehensive,” and they’re right: They aren’t content merely to deal with the current illegal population or to address a supposed shortage of unskilled labor, but want to effect a massive demographic reshuffling of America while they’re at it.

In his Oval Office address, the president squandered what was probably his last chance to reconnect with conservatives on immigration. They will undoubtedly note that the president has waited six years to start talking about enforcement, and will accordingly ask why he can’t postpone his amnesty long enough to give enforcement at try? A speech that had reiterated his support for amnesty in theory, but conceded that enforcement had to come first, would likely have won significant public approval and helped shape events in Congress. The speech he actually gave, on the other hand, is likely further to demoralize conservatives and harden opposition among House Republicans to the Senate amnesty proposal. President Bush’s speech, contrary to its goal, probably ensures that no immigration bill will reach his desk this year. Given the options, that’s probably a good thing.

Enjoy your nine dollars

From this week's Republican Tax Cuts

The Washington Post ran an interesting chart this week that
every Democrat should memorize.

It shows your annual savings under the latest
Republican tax cut.
Here are the figures
$10,000-$20,000: $2
$20,000-$30,000: $9
$30,000-$40,000: $16
$40,000-$50,000: $46
$50,000-$75,000: $100
$75,000-$100,000: $403
$100,000-$200,000: $1,388
$200,000-$500,000: $4,499
$500,000-$1 million: $5,562
More than $1 million: $41,977
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, median income in the
United States is $44,389. Math has never been my biggest skill, but I
know what "median" means: half fall above, half below. I am aware that
the median may not be the best instrument to use here, because a
relatively small number of super-high earners skew the data. But no
matter how you slice this, most people are getting crumbs. As The Post
noted:
Middle-income households would receive an
average tax cut of $20 from the agreement, according to the joint Urban
Institute-Brookings Institution Tax Policy Center, while 0.02 percent of
households with incomes over $1 million would receive average tax cuts
of $42,000.
The bottom line is, the Republicans just
offered huge numbers of taxpayers an annual savings of $2 to $46.
Considering that people scoffed at a $100 gas rebate, this should be
more than enough to make their blood boil anew.
Let's put aside the wisdom of cutting taxes at a time
of record deficits. Let's put aside the question of straddling our
children and grandchildren with more debt. Let's just look at what is
being offered here. Then let's demagogue until the cows come home.
It's high time for some good old-fashioned class

Signs of tyranny looming

If you don't have 15 minutes to look this over, someday when you
have the time and not the content, you'll wish you had.

"The greatest menace to freedom is an inert people."
Supreme Court Justice Louis Brandeis

If you don't want to read all the evidence, scroll all the way down
and follow the 2 links for this imperative information.

PRE-SCRIPT When the time comes it will be imperative that you stand
up for what you believe in. What are you going to do? I understand
it is easy to be lazy about these things in the present. When
circumstances become apparent you must not be lazy. Our brethren
and posterity are going ask more from our young generation than have
been demanded from any previous American generations. When the time
comes, know your Rights, be prepared to Act, and expect to do your
part.

On July 5, 1987 the front page of the Miami Herald Newspaper carried
a now famous article describing White House plans to:

A.) DECLARE AN UNDEFINED "NATIONAL EMERGENCY,"
B.) RE-OPEN CONCENTRATION CAMPS FOR PREVENTIVE DETENTION OF LEGAL
DISSIDENTS CERTAIN ETHNIC GROUPS, AND
C.)LEGALLY SUSPEND OUR UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION

On August 14, 2002, Attorney General John Ashcroft was called
a "menace to Liberty" by Jonathan Turley, in the Los Angeles Times,
for announcing his desire for camps for U.S. citizens he
deems "enemy combatants."

Under the Justice Department's new definition of "enemy combatant"
which won the enthusiastic approval of the president and Defense
Secretary Donald Rumsfeldanyone defined as an "enemy combatant,"
very much including American citizens, can be held indefinitely by
the government, without charges, a hearing, or a lawyer. In short,
incommunicado.

On August 8, The Wall Street Journal reported that "the Goose Creek,
South Carolina, facility now has a special wing that could be used
to jail U.S. citizens if the government were to deem them enemy
combatants," a senior administration official said.

The Rex-84 Alpha Explan (Readiness Exercise 1984, Exercise Plan)
showed that FEMA leads 34 other federal agencies, including CIA,
FBI, and U.S. Treasury, in a massive civil readiness exercise.
In 1983, at the annual meeting of the Academy of Criminal Justice
Sciences, FEMA's General Frank S. Salcedo recommended expanding
FEMA's power even further. As he saw it at least 100,000 U.S.
citizens, from survivalists to tax protesters, were serious threats
to civil security.

Operation: Urban Warrior. US Marines Training with Foreign Troops in
Mock Martial Law Practices Including Disarming American Citizens
Portrayed by Actors and Placing Them in Concentration Camps.During
the urban combat phase of Operation Urban Warrior, U.S. Marines take
cover and move out in Oakland, Calif., March 16.

It was announced recently that Halliburton subsidiary Kellogg, Brown
and Root had been awarded a $385 million dollar contract by Homeland
Security to construct detention and processing facilities in the
event of a national emergency.

In 2002, FEMA sought bids from major real estate and engineering
firms to construct giant internment facilities in the case of a
chemical, biological or nuclear attack or a natural disaster.

Okanogan County Commissioner Dave Schulz went public three years ago
with his contention that his county was home of a modern day
internment camp.

When Rep. Jim McDermott (D-Wash.) read a story widely circulated in
the U.S. press in 2003 entitled "Foundations Are in Place for
Martial Law in the United States," he became so alarmed that he gave
a speech on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives on the
topic.

In a revealing admission the Director of Resource Management for the
U.S. Army confirmed the validity of a memorandum relating to the
establishment of a civilian inmate labor program under development
by the Department of the Army.

The 1878 Posse Comitatus Act, passed in response to abuses by
federal troops in the South after the Civil War, prohibits the use
of the military "to execute the laws" of the U.S. That's been widely
interpreted as a ban on searching, arresting or spying on U.S.
civilians by federal troops.

Northcom's commander, Gen. Ralph "Ed" Eberhart, is the first general
since the Civil War with operational authority exclusively over
military forces within the U.S.

Northcom is doing more than mere coordinating. "Under the banner
of 'homeland security', the military and intelligence communities
are implementing far-reaching changes that blur the lines between
terrorism and other kinds of crises and will break down long-
established barriers to military action and surveillance within the
US."

Deputy Defense Secretary Paul Wolfowitz, testifying in October
before the Senate Armed Services Committee, agreed that federal
troops have a major role in domestic policing to prevent terrorism.--

that is freedom and liberty we've seen for a couple of hundred years
in this grand experiment that we call democracy."
Franks suggests that a "massive casualty-producing event" might
cause "our population to question our own Constitution and begin to
militarize our country." Franks concluded, "We ain't seen nothing
yet. If terrorism's sting is felt again, fascism may be its
aftermath."

US could access EU data retention information

12.05.2006 - 09:50 CET | By Helena Spongenberg

US authorities can get access to EU citizens' data on phone calls, sms' and emails, giving a recent EU data-retention law much wider-reaching consequences than first expected, reports Swedish daily Sydsvenskan.

The EU data retention bill, passed in February after much controversy and with implementation tabled for late 2007, obliges telephone operators and internet service providers to store information on who called who and who emailed who for at least six months, aimed at fighting terrorism and organised crime.

A week later on 2-3 March, EU and US representatives met in Vienna for an informal high level meeting on freedom, security and justice where the US expressed interest in the future storage of information.

The US delegation to the meeting "indicated that it was considering approaching each [EU] member state to ensure that the data collected on the basis of the recently adopted Directive on data retention be accessible to them," according to the notes of the meeting.

Representatives from the Austrian EU presidency and from the European Commission said that these data were "accessible like any other data on the basis of the existing ... agreements" the notes said.

The EU representatives added that the commission would convene an expert meeting on the issue.

Under current agreements, if the FBI, for example, is interested in a group of EU citizens from a member state who are involved in an investigation, the bureau can ask for help with a prosecutor in that member state.

The national prosecutor then requests telephone operators and internet service providers for information, which is then passed on to the FBI.

This procedure opens the way for US authorities to get access under the EU data-retention law, according to the Swedish newspaper.

In the US itself meanwhile, fury has broken out in the US congress after reports revealed that the Bush administration covertly collected domestic phone records of tens of millions of US citizens since the attacks in New York on 11 September 2001.

President George Bush did not deny the allegations in a television statement last night, but insisted that his administration had not broken any laws.

Cryptome offers a free DVD of 33 minutes (WMV, 500MB) of the hour-long session on NSA surveillance at the New York Public Library, May 8, 2006:

LISTENING IN: EAVESDROPPING AND THE NATIONAL SECURITY AGENCY.
Recent revelations about a warrantless surveillance program administered by the National Security Agency raise troubling questions about the legality and efficacy of eavesdropping inside the United States, and the politics of secrecy and disclosure in an age of terrorism. Join James Risen, who just received a Pulitzer Prize for his New York Times scoop on secret domestic eavesdropping, and wrote State of War: The Secret History of the C.I.A. and the Bush Administration; Admiral Bob Inman, former Director of the NSA; and Patrick Radden Keefe, author of Chatter: Dispatches from the Secret World of Global Eavesdropping, for a candid, in-depth discussion of the high-tech side of American espionage, and the challenge of balancing an aggressive pursuit of terrorist cells inside America's borders with statutory and constitutional protections of privacy and civil liberties. The conversation will be moderated by Jeffrey Rosen, the legal affairs editor of The New Republic, a frequent contributor to NPR, and author of The Unwanted Gaze: The Destruction of Privacy in America and his just published The Most Democratic Branch: How the Courts Serve America.

Email requests to with mail address. The video is composed of a eight raw clips with rough audio, like spy chatter. It would be great for this to be hosted online; if done, send a URL. It will be added to the Cryptome DVD coming out on 10th Anniversary June 1, 2006.

Subject: Re: Video: 9/11 Pentagon crash video

This is my fifth attempt to post my viewing of the footage on CNN's
website ...

Interesting tidbits:

- CNN is showing a 3:03 minute clip accessible by going to the main
page and clicking on
"New video showing the Flight 77 crash"
- this appears to my untrained eyes to be identical (but extended)
footage to the 2002 five frames.
- at about the 35 second mark a hand/arm (female figure?) moves into
and then out of the right side of the frame.
- a little past the one minute mark a vehicle appears to be
travelling along the base of the pentagon away from the camer/towards
the impact/explosion site. As it passes behind the left most red
pylon a "pole" in the background "extends" updwards and the vehicle
exits the shadows and proceeds across the frame / across the
unscathed PentaLawn 2000.
- at the 1:25 mark a man in a white shirt moves into frame on the
left hand side and then exits from that same side.

Then at the 1:45 mark or so another angle starts up that is the
greenish / blueish tinted frames that are featured on the
PrisonPlanet pages. Something slim and fuselage-like pokes into the
right side of the frame as if diving into the lawn, then we get the
explosion on the side of the pentagon.

- at the 2:50 mark we see the vehicle I mentioned in the first clip
come into view, within the shadows of the pentagon, but just as we
might get a glimpse of this presumed security vehicle, the footage
fades to black.

Hi Dick

Ok I installed Flash and as far as I can tell it's a CRUISE MISSILE, a large one. The frame rate of the videos has been fucked with. If it had been a plane travelling at, say, 500mph then at a recording rate of 25 frames per second, there should be ONE FRAME FOR EVERY 10 YARDS OF MOTION OF THE PLANE. How many frames of UFO do we see? JUST ONE, for the whole period, meaning that the object was flying at a speed that is simply impossible for a 757.

All the best
Peter

Ok. I may be missing something but let's see if I've got this 9/11 thing straight.

1. Three planes were used to carry out the attacks

2. Two of those planes hit the WTC

3. The third plane was on route to its target in DC but crashed before getting to the target.

4. So which of the three planes hit the Pentagon?

ANSWER: If I am correct in all of the above then RUMSFELD IS GETTING CONFUSED WITH HIS OWN LIES AND COUNTING ON STUPID AMERICANS TO BELIEVE HIS LIES. NO PLANE HIT THE PENTAGON. IT WAS WIRED BY THE ILLUMINATI ZIONIST NAZIS AND BLOWN AWAY BY EITHER PRE-POSITIONED EXPLOSIVES OR A CRUISE MISSILE.

Call me mistaken but it is impossible that the third plane- which was downed before reaching its intended target- could both crash miles away from the Pentagon and have also crashed into that satanic building at the same time.

That being the case the doctored psy-op video released by Mr. Rumsfeld today is a big LIE. A hollywood produced video for the dummies in America to consume piecemeal.

No tail fin is visible at all. What you see is this - in the first frame
that the "object' appears in, you see what looks to be either a cruise
missile or a very small nose of an aircraft, but for it to be that small it
would either have to be much much farther away or a very small aircraft. You
can't even tell definitively that it IS an aircraft, its just an object that
is rather cigar shaped. You see it appear in one frame, then the next frame
is the explosion. There are no frames in between its appearance and impact,
so there is really no decent information to be gleaned from this.

Hi Dick

I've just completed downloads of both files. The WMV quality is only marginally better than the Flash videos. The WMV runs at 30 frames per second, but each 'frame' of security video data is repeated, identically, across 16 frames of WMV. Therefore they are claiming that the original video recording rate was 1.875 frames per second. Does that strike you as realistic?

They have also digitized the original video material at 320 x 240 pixels. I'm absolutely sure they could do better than that. That must be what introduces the coarse graininess into the images.

We still don't know what was physically handed over to Judicial Watch.

Here are the DoD's own postings:

Video 2 (WMV)

Hi

It would seem that you have not actually been given the information you requested. What you appear to have been given is an extremely coarse digitization of the original material (to 320 x 240 pixels) which prevents proper identification of the object. Even if the original material is itself coarse, in fact especially if the original material is coarse, the digitization should be at a much higher resolution. You also need to ascertain the original frame rate. The Pentagon seems to be claiming that its security videos are recorded at 1.875 frames per second, whereas the Pentagon's own released WMVs run at 30 frames per second, i.e. each original digitization is repeated, identically, 16 times.

Several questions arise:-

1. What was the format of the original material?

2. What was the frame rate of the original material?

3. If the original material was a VHS cassette then that is what should have been given to you. Was it?

If the Pentagon says it can only give you digitizations then it is guilty of effectively destroying forensic evidence for the reasons given above. It has 'fogged' the material and that must be assumed to be a deliberate act to prevent anyone from identifying the object. In which case it becomes fair to assume that the object is not a Boeing 757.

Kind Regards
Peter Wakefield Sault

I hadnt started this as an article going though several different subjects,
all of which are basically symptoms of the actual problems we are facing
today, but that is what I ended up with.

This may not be a well done post, but I hope you will read it through it and
put your pieces of the puzzle into their place too.

I have wondered since 9/11 why Bush was made a hero for the largest failure
of protection to US citizens on US soil in history, since this happened
during Pearl Harbor. Why didnt we drag our failures of politicians out, our
Military, while we sat defenseless for 2 and hours, in the most heavily
defended population center on the planet?

I have wondered why the people of this nation havent demanded the removal
of this president, whose ratings rarely are over 50% and have been so low
that 30% or less of the population surveyed believe he is telling the truth,
on most any subject.

Why are We the People where we are? WE are, after all, the US Government,
the in Washington are suppose to be representing us and if polls show that
we feel they are not doing their job in such great numbers, why are we
leaving them there to do as they wish?

Why are we complacent in such large numbers that nothing effective is being
done by us, or on our behalf?

All of these things have plagued me more and more and suddenly, this article
just poured out. I few more dots became connected.

Besides, How Goddamned Long does it take the Pentagon Hollywood Division to
insert a good plane into a video surveillance camera tape anyway?

Ive been wondering this since mid Sept 2001, and since they will always own
the original.. no one can check it for a photo shop job.

Do you realize how much botched cover up there is and how little the out cry
still is? It is like this is taken for granted.

Trust me, I can walk into any public place in Central Coastal California and
ask anyone if they think the Government told the truth about 9/11 and it is
a rare day in hell when someone says yes.

When I ask about the towers coming down, do they think that Tower 7 came
down as a result of the other 2 being hit by planes, no one who is willing
to answer (some get mad and run away). After they answer that, I ask what
they think about the other two towers and if they dont want to answer that,
I ask, do you feel that this is the only circumstance in the world of a
steel building collapsing because of a fire? And they will say no.

YET we arent in the streets demanding an investigation that isnt picked
by Bush, we arent in the streets demanding arrests, why?

Cause most of those people didnt have a loved one in that building. And the
next 9/11 will be the same, unless enough people feel that it endangered
them personally.

Our leaders, our so called Elected Representatives, like Diane Feinstein (D
Ca.) is the head of the intelligence committee and just mouths off the Bush
Neo Con lines and GOT ELECTED AGAIN! IN CALIFORNIA where I can find most
people dont trust the Patriot Act, illegal spying, know that 9/11 is
responsible to the illegal war in Iraq?

WE are brain washed, but worse, we are ingesting food stuffs that make us
not want to think, or if we think, not take action. White processed sugar,
the experiments where completed by the time I was draftable in 1972. Then
they found out that the previously list poison Aspartame, aka nutra sweet
works even better to make people not interested, and what is best about
these items (other than the government used tax payer money to fund the soft
drink business to add a prescribed amount of sugar, corn syrup or Aspartame
into each drink.

WE the people of America are drugged and that is why there are so few of us
that speak out much less actually do something.

A bunch of addicted druggies, knowing that it is the job of someone in
Congress or the senate, or even the criminal President to just do the right

Welcome to Big Brothers Oceania, we are it. In this case, some of us arent
happy with the American Dream that we are told is so great, as we can see
the man behind the curtain, but few of us probably know all the tings that
in the name of the Multi National Mega Corporations are being done in our
name to ensure corporate control of the world through economic means.

Well, by now you might think I am a nut. If you can stay off the White
Processed sugar, the bleach treated flower (bleach is also a poison, want
another glass of it? Chlorine is also added to your water) stay off the corn
syrup and the Aspartame, just look for natural sweeteners, but betcha you
have to have some sort of sweetener by now and didnt even know you were
addicted. Few do until they try to quit or take a 1 month long break from
all of them.

So, after you stop taking those things, re read what you know about 9/11.
re read the headlines about the government form the previous month and see
if you dont shock yourself with lot more questions than you ever though
about before.

Ill be damned if they arent taking way our freedom of thought too.

9/11 was an inside job, to make a few Multi national Mega Corporations rich
and these corporations are competing amongst themselves to see who will

This isnt any business as you might have in your neighborhood, if it is

Pentagon Video Is Giant Psy-Op
Intended to create circus of interest around 'no plane' theories,
later debunk them

Paul Joseph Watson & Alex Jones/Prison Planet.com | May 16 2006

Grainy video stills showing what is claimed to be the nose cone of
Flight 77 will only result in an increased circus of debate around the
issue of what happened at the Pentagon in preparation for a future
release of clear video footage that 'debunks' people who question the
official version of 9/11.

For over four years we have remained neutral on the subject, agreeing
that unanswered questions need to be explored but warning against the
Pentagon issue becoming the core focus of the 9/11 truth movement.

The danger is clearly that the government will use its media
mouthpieces in particular Fox News to hype this until it becomes the
de facto keystone of alternative explanations behind 9/11.

At the point when that crescendo reaches its peak crystal clear
footage of Flight 77 hitting the Pentagon will be released, knocking
down the straw man argument that the establishment itself erected.

The government is steam valving this issue so as to garner as much
interest as possible before blowing the entire matter out of the
water. We know for a fact that the FBI seized the gas station camera
footage and footage from hotels across the highway which would show
the entire sequence of events and prove exactly what happened at the
Pentagon.

The fact that they have again chosen to release grainy and foggy
images which only lead to more speculation tell us two things.

1) The government truly is frightened to death of releasing any images
which accurately depict what happened at the Pentagon because it
doesn't jive with the official version of 9/11.

2) Or the government knows that Flight 77 hit the Pentagon and has
clear footage of the incident, but is deliberately releasing these
speculative images in order to stoke the debate so it can later
release the high quality video and use it to debunk the entire 9/11
truth movement.

The media obsession with this one facet of an entire smorgasbord of
9/11 questions, and their refusal to address more hardcore 9/11
evidence, leads us to fear the latter explanation is the case.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
---------------------------
Watch Martial Law free online to get the truth about 9/11 or buy the
DVD here!
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
---------------------------

Why no discussion of Building 7 and the comments of Larry Silverstein?

Why no discussion of the hijackers being trained by the US government?
Lt. Colonel Steve Butler of the Monterey Defense Language Institute
was suspended from duty after he accused Bush of allowing 9/11 to happen.

Why no discussion of the NORAD stand down?

Because none of these issues are honey pots, none of them are
speculation because the cards are laid out on the table for everyone
to see and the evidence is clear.

While intelligent questions need to be asked about what really
happened at the Pentagon we feel that research in this context should
come with the proviso that a potential trap is being laid to discredit
all 9/11 research at a later date, and that today's story is part of
that process.

This is important. The Pentagon has now released the first five frames
(first seen March 2002) under its own auspices -- the five security cam
pictures are now officially endorsed by the Pentagon -- which makes the
case against the Pentagon even stronger.

The new frames apparently add nothing to what the first five pictures tell.

Someone describe it put it up somewhere.

The releases are available on CNN.com.

My first impression -

Well, the first release was simply the actual video from the original 5
frames released in 2002. Nothing new, only its longer the the first 5 frames

The second release was 2-3 frames from another camera in a similar location
to the original 5 frames.. and even of poorer quality. There is a bright
sunny glare in the middle of the image and a tiny projectile image of
something in the first frame, then nothing except the explosion.

If these videos were supposed to debunk the "conspiracy theorists" they
certainly didn't live up to the hype.

In my opinion, they show absolutely nothing and only reinforce the idea that
we do NOT know what happened that day.

The world according to Chvez

He's the new hero of the left - a socialist leader who
is tackling poverty in Venezuela while leading the
Latin American backlash against 'the empire' of George
Bush. But what is Hugo Chvez really like? And how
does he feel about being portrayed as a dictator by
much of the British press? Jonathan Steele and Duncan
Campbell meet him
Jonathan Steele and Duncan Campbell
Tuesday May 16, 2006

Guardian
Hugo Chvez, Venezuela's socialist president,
remembers "with great affection" the day he went to
see Queen Elizabeth II in 2001. "There's something
I'll never forget. When I got out of the car at the
entrance to the palace, I spotted a coin lying on the
ground and picked it up, and saw it had her face on
one side. So I took the coin," he says. Once inside,
he presented the Queen with his official gift, a glass
model of waterfalls and forests in Venezuela and a
multi-coloured bird. Then he took out the coin and
handed it to her. "She kept it," he laughs, as he
recounts the story in an interview with the Guardian
yesterday, sitting beneath a portrait of 19th-century
South American would-be liberator, Simn Bolvar - he
ordered his staff to put up the picture - in his suite
at London's Savoy hotel.

Chvez is in Britain at the invitation of London mayor
Ken Livingstone and has been greeted rapturously by
his supporters - from the Latin American diaspora to
the British left, excited about a 21st-century success
story. But his reception in most of the media here has
been hostile, from wild accusations that he supports
terrorism to suggestions that he is a despot who has
done nothing to reduce poverty in spite of his claims.

We meet Chvez on day two of his whistlestop visit. He
is of mixed race, thick-set, neatly turned out in suit
and tie and with a fierce handshake. He touches your
arm and knee as he speaks. On stage, Chvez is
entertaining, like a stand-up comedian, and very
physical: he mimes the way people cringe away from him
in horror when they first meet this terrifying
dictator. But in person he is thoughtful and
concentrates carefully on the details. On this visit
he failed to drop in on his old friend the Queen. "But
I'd like to take the opportunity through your paper to
greet her and congratulate her on her 80th birthday."
Referring to his great ally, Cuba's president, Fidel
Castro, he says: "She and Fidel are more or less the
same age." The Queen and Castro have never met, so
would he be the intermediary who could bring them
together? "The two boys and the girl," he grins. "She
is so young. I saw her on TV and she looks so fresh."

If it is something of a surprise to hear Chvez, a
self-confessed socialist revolutionary and former army
officer from a poor family, talking with such
affection about Britain's hereditary head of state, it
is rather less of a shock to hear his views on the
Bush administration. In his seven years in power, the
man who has twice been elected president has become
one of the most popular leaders in Latin America
precisely because of his outspoken criticism of what
he always calls "the empire". His unabashed opposition
to US foreign policy, and the pressure it has produced
from Washington, tap into the deep vein of suspicion
and resentment that two centuries of US invasions,
coups, and economic domination have aroused in Latin
America and the Caribbean.

Four years ago, Chvez himself survived a coup by
dissident generals, backed by opposition media tycoons
and many in Venezuela's upper class. US officials knew
of the plot in advance and Washington welcomed his
arrest and apparent overthrow. But the mutiny
collapsed two days later when hundreds of thousands
streamed out of the poor areas of Caracas, calling for
his release in a huge display of "people power". And
it is no surprise that he is popular with the poor:
using Venezuela's oil revenues - the country has the
world's sixth largest oil reserves - Chvez has funded
extensive anti-poverty programmes in his own country,
a literacy drive, health clinics in slum districts,
aid to single mothers, free treatment to HIV/Aids
sufferers, special tuition for early school-leavers,
and evening classes for adults.

Last year, he even started offering this largesse to
poor communities abroad. Through Citgo, the chain of
petrol pumps that Venezuela owns in the United States,
he cocked a snook at Washington by linking up with
community leaders in several American cities and
supplying cheap heating oil. At meetings yesterday
with British trade union leaders and London's mayor,
he was exploring options for doing the same in poor
communities in Britain.

"We are very much encouraged by the success this has
had with poor families in the US," he says. "We think
it is important to be consistent with what you say and
what you do, given the increase in world poverty as a
result of the savagery of capitalism around the world
and the high price of oil and fuel. In Britain we have
investments in two small refineries and we have
offices all around Europe. Our deputy minister for
foreign affairs was expelled from the US just because
she was encouraging this programme in the US."

But it is in South America where Chvez has most
support. His hero is the great - if ultimately
unsuccessful - Latin American, Simn Bolvar: Chvez
wants to realise the Bolivarian dream of continental
integration and independence. He has already had his
country renamed the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela,
a decision ratified by the electorate in a referendum.

But Venezuela is unique in Latin America in being
blessed with such vast amounts of oil. Even
sympathetic analysts of Chvez's pro-poor policies
wonder whether they really amount to a model for the
rest of the continent. Surely Venezuela is an
exception, with no direct lessons to offer its
regional neighbours?

Chvez takes issue with that. Countries with natural
resources have to take control of them, he says;
narrow ruling elites and foreign investors have
exploited them for too long, making super-profits for
themselves. The Venezuelan governments which were in
charge during the last era of high world oil prices in
the 1970s wasted much of the revenue on patronage,
corruption, macro-economic mismanagement and boom-bust
spending. Washington's hostility to Chvez began when
Venezuela's president sought to take control of his
country's oil industry and stopped it being
privatised. He thoroughly applauds Bolivia's new
president Evo Morales for nationalising Bolivia's gas
fields.

This week, Chvez has been presented in much of the
British media as if he were some kind of dictator, and
unelected. But as he points out, he has held and won
eight elections, all certified by outside observers as
free and fair. In contrast to countries such as Italy,
where Silvio Berlusconi controlled the major TV
channels, the opposition in Venezuela has three TV
stations that criticise Chvez constantly and
furiously. "It's the first time that a government,
after seven and a half years of power, has a
popularity rating of close to 70%," he says.

Some supporters suggest that the Venezuelan
president's government is classic top-down
paternalism, heavily dependent on the energy, charm
and goodwill of the president himself. Chvez denies
this. "Our participatory democracy is getting more
solid every day," he says. "We have urban land
committees, health committees, environmental
committees, groups running savings banks, as well as
elected local councils. Never in our history has
Venezuela had such autonomous powers as we have today.
It is different from the former neo-liberal model."

The United States is as concerned by this as much as
by Venezuela's economic policies. "The empire is very
preoccupied and the pawns of the the empire are very
preoccupied that this model is so strong and enjoys so
much support, with a reduction in poverty [and] the
inclusion of people in education; illiteracy has been
wiped out and we are now building a health care system
that is open to all. You have to remember that in 1996
inflation was 100%. Now unemployment is in single
digits, after reaching nearly 20%," he says. It is
because Venezuela is implementing an alternative which
is successful, he adds, that "they are orchestrating
these attacks. Washington has said that I am a
modern-day Hitler. Last week, a spokesman in the White
House referring to the latest report in the war on
terrorism said that Venezuela is supporting
terrorism." He sees the allegations of terrorism as
bewildering, part of the US smear campaign against
him.

The charge that Chvez has allowed inequalities to
widen seems particularly far off target. There are no
independent statistics to back up Chvez's claim that
the percentage of people below the poverty line has
dropped from 50% to 37%, but the wave of social
spending in poor areas suggests he must be right about
the broad trend. Britain's Department for
International Development has declined to fund several
attempts by independent British social scientists to
research Venezuela's poverty reduction schemes; it has
left it to the Inter-American Development Bank, an
agency still dominated by the neo-liberal Washington
consensus.

But Venezuela has pioneered the effort to implement an
alternative economic and social model that rejects the
US belief in privatisation, cuts in government welfare
spending and free trade. A decade of economic disaster
throughout Latin America in the 1990s has given him
huge support in the region, inspiring other leaders to
try to follow suit.

Beyond Latin America, Chvez has forged good working
relations with the world's major oil and gas
exporters. After London, he leaves for Algeria and
Libya. Some critics have accused him of cosying up to
the military regime in Burma. "That is the first time
I have heard about Burma - they say I support Bin
Laden or ETA, but never Burma. But ... if you say so.
Many things are said about me, so many things both
inside and outside the country. This is a
well-orchestrated, worldwide campaign. Now what is the
purpose of this campaign? Simn Rodriguez, Bolvar's
tutor, used to say 200 years ago - the idea is to
destroy the model and by doing so you prevent it from
becoming contagious."

At an enthusiastic rally in London's Camden Centre on
Sunday afternoon, Chvez delighted the crowd during
his marathon three-and-a-half-hour speech by taking
the same metaphor further. A few years ago, few people
dared to call themselves socialists, he says. Now it
is different. "We have to marshal our ideas for a
better world. We have to infect people. Let's have a
badge, saying, 'I'm a socialist. I will infect you'."

Chvez's critics have also made their voices heard. An
anti-Chvez website, www.vcrisis.com, has also been
running lengthy attacks on the visit, accusing him of
human rights abuses, of locking up political
opponents, and making a weapon out of la lista (the
list) of the several million people who signed
petitions calling for a referendum to recall him from
power in 2004. They claim signatories suffer
discrimination now. There has also been some dissent
from people who support what he is trying to achieve.
Nicaragua-born Bianca Jagger, for instance, criticised
Chvez for supporting the Sandinista leader, Daniel
Ortega, even though Ortega has made what she sees as
an unholy alliance with the rightwing in his country
in this autumn's elections.

Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch publish
allegations against the Venezuelan government on their
websites. HRW's director general Jos Miguel Vivanco
criticised the media laws introduced last year as
having "flouted international principles that protect
free expression". The two organisations have also
accused the government of attempting to muzzle
criticism by threatening opponents with prosecution.
Amnesty highlights alleged brutality by the security
forces over decades, which Chvez has not ended. But
neither organisation singles Venezuela out as having a
particularly bad record globally.

But back to Britain: why did he really not meet up
with Tony Blair? Was it because the British
government's relations with Chvez took a nose-dive
after the failed coup attempt when London reacted in
solidarity with the Bush administration, according to
British academics who specialise in Latin American
politics? Or was it it also because of Blair's attack
on Chvez in parliament in February? Chvez denies any
snub. Referring to his calls on the Queen and Blair
last time, he says, "The big capitalist press is
trying to minimise the importance of this visit. I
didn't come here to visit them. There's nothing
negative. This is not an official visit." And anyway,
there were few heads of state in the world he could
ask to see at such short notice - he had only a
fortnight to arrange the trip. What about Castro? "I
was coming back from Africa in my Airbus once. I rang
him [Fidel] and said I'd be in Havana in four hours'
time. He said, 'Where are you?' I explained I was in
the air. 'Only you and Bush would ring people from
their planes!' he told me. I was quite offended."

Just before we leave he tells us, "I have an obsession
with reading." Asked what is on his bedside table at
the moment, an aide goes out and returns with Les
Misrables by Victor Hugo. "I read it all the time. It
is my companion. It is a monument to human beings,"
says Chvez.

And a final word? "As Rousseau said, between the poor
and the rich, liberty is oppressive," he says. "Only
law can liberate".

What do we know about the planes on 911?
A better way to say this, is how did we obtain this info?
We saw maps on CNN/FOX right?....
where did THEY get those maps?
This brings up a critical question.
After looking at a few maps from 911, some things clrearly dont add up.
The maps do not jive with the transcript.
I have found oddities with all 4 flights.
The BIG question is how do these companies get their info? How did it
get to the press in a few hours, and is it reliable?
The original maps i am speaking about are here by a company called
Flight Explorer....
http://www.avweb.com/other/911flightexplorer.html
(There are also other maps done by a company called Flytecomm, there is
an oddity there as well, i will get to that later)
I will only highlight a few points here you can read the new pages for
the rest of the info.
There
was a report about flight 93 filing a NEW flight plan. That is already
known, what i found was that the estimated time of arrival changes,
radically, twice. (once is understandable, beacause it filed a new
flight plan)
The estimated arrival times starting at 2:15pm then it
changes SOUTH of Pitt, well *after* it was hijacked and a new flight
plan was filed to 10:28 it stays around that time, until the last blip
which indicates 9:34 as the ETA, BUT it crashed much later than that.
Why do the transcripts show a different time than the maps for the ETA
and the destination Airport?
How could the ETA show 9:34 when it was well after that at the time of
the
crash? Also, the map shows the plane going over 400mph at the time of
the crash (93). This is when eyewitneses said it had slowed down?
Was it reporting a different plane? Perhaps a war games plane?
How
hard would it be to turn off a transponder, and have a plane fly over
another (hijacked plane) and confuse the radar?
Radar will see only 1
blip, if the planes are too close to each other !
Another oddity
I saw in the 911-commission report was that flight 175 changed its
transpoder codes TWICE. Why would a hijacker do that?
It has been
said they were turned OFF so that the plane could not be tracked, but
changed, and turned off are 2 different things. Changing a tx code
would only throw UP red flags to the flight controllers.
Not to mention, if they did not want the flights to be tracked, why let
the passengers use cell phones?
Adtionally,
I noticed that flight 93 was at 40,000ft at the time most of these
calls were being made. (doing over 350mph)As a cell phone engineer,
this seems impossible to me.
Flight 77...
if you look at the
Flight Explorer maps, flight 77 turns over Cleveland, the problem here
is that if you look at the transcrips for flight 77, it is Indy radar
that is looking for him. The transcrips show that 77 was LOST to radar
for several mins. they had even thought it crashed. From my limited
understanding, even if the transpoder is turned off, the plane should
still be visible to radar, but the controllers in different cities
talking to each other could not find it.
Now, this map below is from Flytecomm. This data shows flight 77
turning around in Indy?
Flytecomm Flight 77 NY times
http://www.nytimes.com/library/national/nat_FLIGHT_1102_aa77.html
Clearly there is a discrepancy. Why would there be a difference between
these 2 maps, and the transcripts as well?
Isnt this what these companies do? track flights?
this is from the flight 77 transcript, though they are speaking about
flight 11...
9:11:25 Indianapolis Control, Dacos Radar Associate:
there's
no flight plan in the machine right now and 9:11:28 Indianapolis
Control, Henderson Sector Radar Associate: yeah I just looked at that,
too.
Does this support Gerard Holmgrens idea that flight 11 and 77 were
never scheduled?
http://sydney.indymedia.org/front.php3?article_id=36354&group=webcast
INDY radar? didnt the plane turn over cleveland?
Thats what we were told, and also what flight explorer shows?
Anyone know how these guys get their data?
Anyone want to email them and ask them why the discrepancy?
I am not accusing them of anything, but they could have been tricked?
For a full idea of the flight paths, and what may have happened. See

I have looked at that "new tape" and don't see any more 757 in it than
was in the first 7 frames they released.Just a colorized version of the
old one with several of the frames duplicated to make it run longer.
It looked more like a smaller object the size of a pickup truck maybe, but
not a 757 in any of their botched evidence video. HUMMM KATT

Honestly Miles, did you really see a whole 757 in any of that tape? I
didn't. KATT

Subject: New Pentagon video shows no Boeing airliner

<http://www.total911.info/2006/05/new-pentagon-video-shows-no-boeing.html>
*
Total911.info* -- Following Freedom of Information Act lawsuits dating back
to 2004, the Pentagon Tuesday released images recorded on the morning of
9/11 by two security cameras in the Pentagon parking lot. Five frames from
one camera had previously been leaked in early 2002. No Boeing 757 airliner
is apparent in any of the images.

The federal government had been using the Zacarias Moussaoui trial as an
excuse to keep the images classified. The images were shown to jurors at the
trial. 25% of the heavily-screened, pro-FedGov jury were not horrified
enough by the images to lynch the retarded colored Frenchman on trial.

Whatever speed the cameras actually recorded at, the released video only
contains two frames per second. The five frames of interest from one camera
were previously released in 2002. They appeared to show an obscured
missile-sized object approaching the Pentagon. The images of interest from
the other, nearby, camera, are first, the nose of an aircraft (very similar
to, say, an AGM-86A cruise missile) inching into the frame from the right,
the next, a white blur blurring into an explosion. No passenger airliner is
apparent in any image.

Meanwhile, the government refuses to release 84 other
recordings<http://flight77.info>in pending lawsuits. Among those are
videos confiscated from a nearby
Sheraton hotel and Citgo gas station. Cable news reporters gamely reported
that those cameras were pointed the wrong the way and we would never see
them. This is a lie, of course, as media reports indicated Sheraton
employees watched the tape "in horror" before it was stolen by the FBI.

Presentation of this release on cablenews was preceded and accompanied by
loathsome talking heads preening that "conspiracy theorists" would be proven
wrong by the video. Though more than one admitted quietly that the new
footage was "underwhelming."

Particularly loathsome was CNN's embedded Pentagon flack, Jamie McIntyre.
McIntyre claimed up and down that he was at the Pentagon and saw the plane
wreckage, that it was everywhere. Of course, his report filed on 9/11 said
exactly the opposite -- and video of that report has been archived all over
the web and transcribed by Total911.info, Later in the day, McIntyre
attacked "conspiracy theorists" on the web, and took some of his own 9/11
report out of context in order to attack Internet researchers of taking his
report out of context. McIntyre was sweaty, jumpy, and nervous -- as well he
should be, given that the scope of his lies may impeach him as a war
criminal.

Like Winston in Orwell's *1984*, a boot beating down on his head until he
agreed 2+2=5, the television showed us, between reports on the NSA spying on
your phone calls, pictures of no Boeing 757 while .insisting they were
showing you a Boeing airliner.

How much longer will this continue?

Subject: Re: Signs of tyranny looming

A nation that does not defend its borders will not continue to be a nation.
Terrorists, smugglers, murders, rapists, are among those illegals.

Our future if we do not control immigration

Did we not notice what happened to the Indians because they did not control immigration?
If you woke up tonight with a gun at your head,
you would agree that burglary should be illegal.
So is illegal immigration.
Those who were born here of parents who were citizens,
are our citizens.
The fact that our ancestors were immigrants is irrelevant when discussing the invasion that is now taking place.
THE QUESTION IS Do WE keep criminals out of our own home?

Did you see the photos of the demonstrators?
The signs said things like this:

"We did not cross the border.
The border crossed us"

"This is our land. Gringos should leave"

"All Europeans who came here since 1492 were illegal"

They flew Mexican flags and did the national anthem in Spanish.
Did your ancestors try to change our language?

Do a google search on "Atzlan". In case you do not want to bother,
I will tell you that "Atzlan" is the name of the new country,
that they plan to form after they take the south west away from the "gringos".

When will the bloodshed stop in Israel?
What is it like in South Africa now?
Did we learn nothing from studying Roman history?
Do we want the same thing here?

If the number of illegal immigrants,
that we have now,
are having boycotts, demonstrations, demanding "rights", and claiming to own this country,
THEN WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF WE DO NOT STOP MORE FROM COMING IN??????
If they have it so bad here, why are they coming in droves?
If they have it so bad here, why don't they go back?

What we are seeing now is IMPORTED CLASS STRUGGLE.
To understand what happens to a nation that becomes engulfed in CLASS STRUGGLE
read the Communist Manifesto.
Their demonstrations and boycotts were on May First.
May First is a communist holiday.

The FTAA would open our borders totally

Unfortunately, many Congressmen have accepted this hype that the so-called Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) are just designed to open up markets for American exports.

One Country with a Sensible Immigration Policy

[Unlike the United States, which doesn't know its benighted butt from a hole in a tortilla, there is a country which does have a sane and sensible immigration policy. Here are some of its rules: PERHAPS WE SHOULD ADOPT THE SAME RULES]

1. If you migrate to this county, you must speak the national language.

2. You have to be a professional or an investor. No unskilled workers allowed.

3. There will be no special bilingual programs in schools, no special ballots for elections.
All government business must be conducted in the common national language.

4. Foreigners will NOT have the right to vote, no matter how long they live here.

5. Foreigners will NEVER be able to hold political office.

6. Foreigners will not be a burden to the taxpayers. No welfare, no food stamps,
no health care, or other government assistance programs.

7. Foreigners can invest in this country, but it must be an amount equal to 40,000 times
the daily minimum wage.

8. If foreigners do come and want to buy land that will be okay, BUT options will be
restricted. You cannot own waterfront property. That is reserved for citizens born
in this country.

9. Foreigners may not protest: no demonstrations, no waving a foreign flag, no political
organizing, no badmouthing of its national policies. If you do, you will be sent back home.

10. If you come to this country illegally, you will be hunted down and sent straight to jail.

Sound harsh? Insensitive? Inhumane?

The above laws governing immigration happen to be those of

... our good neigbor to the south MEXICO!
